- DUPR rating (optional)
- Venmo handle (optional, for court owners)

- Uploaded content (highlight videos, trick shot videos, court photos)

- IP address and browser type
- Device information
- Pages visited and usage patterns
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Facilitate league operations (team registration, match scheduling, standings, ratings)
- Display your name, team, and stats on public leaderboards and standings
- Process payments and manage court listings
- Send league-related communications (match reminders, results, announcements)
- Improve our services and user experience
- Enforce our Terms of Service and league rules
3. Information Sharing
We share your information in the following circumstances:
- Public league data: Your name, team name, standings, ratings, and match results are visible to all league participants.
- Court contact info: If you list a court, your contact name, phone, email, and Venmo handle are visible to all users.
- Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and payments (Venmo). These providers have their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your email address or phone number with other users unless you have listed it as contact information for a court.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (cloud database) with row-level security policies. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information via your profile settings
- Delete your account by contacting the league admin
- Opt out of non-essential communications
Please note that deleting your account will not remove historical match data and standings, as these are part of the league record.
7. Children's Privacy
Ladder League is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
8. Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with the following third-party providers:
- Supabase — Database and authentication
- Vercel — Website hosting
- Venmo — Payment processing
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
9. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Match history and league statistics are retained indefinitely as part of the league record. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except for anonymized statistical data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
